Job Description : Agile Coach leads teams towards adoption of BNY Mellon Agile methodology by increasing collaboration, innovation, and introducing techniques that promote adaptability and flexibility in the face of unpredictable circumstances. Responsibility: • Provide training to Stakeholders and Agile Teams inline with BNY Mellon standards • Guide implementation of high-quality Agile initiatives as a representative of the Agile Transformation Office • Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Dev Team Members by answering questions, providing feedback and means for improvement. • Mentor management team to foster Servant Leadership mindset and adopt Systems Thinking • Provide subject matter expertise on a wide range of agile topics such as User Stores, Acceptance Tests, Automated Testing, TDD, WIP Limits, etc. • Provide subject matter expertise on Agile implementation standards within the organization. • Conduct presentations, lunch and learns, and other “internal PR” to help raise awareness of the benefits and impacts of Agile adoption throughout the organization in order to create a supportive environment for Agile adoption. • Work with Agile Transformation Office to define and execute on organizational transformation backlog. Criteria: • Multiple years of practice as Agile practitioner, followed by multiple years as a coach • Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices • Expertise in coaching, Change manager, mentoring, and servant leadership • Enterprise experience Manager Notes: • Will this be temp to perm?
