Job Description Tech Lead: Java Development, Cloud Environments, Agile, JavaJEE Full Stack Developer

Description:
Need skillset similar to the Sr. Java Full Stack Developer and the following additional skillset

* Responsible for ensuring that the best technical approach and practices are applied in all phases of the application lifecycle.

* Assist with problem analysis, propose resolution and provide time + resource estimates for implementing the solution.

* Develop, enhance, fix bugs, support, test, and document and coordinate application release across environments.

* Perform code reviews, mentor other developers, be a resource for technical inquiries, provide technical guidance and support for team members.

Skills needed:

* Experience leading teams of developers.

* Possess strong Java development skills.

* Experience working in a Cloud environment - either AWS or Google Cloud.

* Experience working in an Agile environment with a tool such as JIRA.

* Preferred experience with BitBucket, SonarQube, CI/CD and Performance Tools.



Java Developers with SpringBoot framework, preferably in the cloud (GCP or AWS). Angular or React on front end. Focus on UI and back-end. Strong knowledge of cloud is required as thats the direction theyre moving. Strong API / SpringBoot talent is desired as this will be the bulk of the work. Team is focused 100% on transformation for Employer Services.

Service Delivery Manager. Tribe leader for the Transformation of Employer Services which consists of 4 primary platforms:

1) ACA

2) I9

3) Compliance Center

4) TCI

• Agile Mind-Set required

• Team Size: 9-10 members, most of team is fairly new

• Specific Skills or Technologies - MOST IMPORTANT: JAVA (Java / Spring / Spring Cloud / Hibernate / SpringBoot Microservices) Cloud: Google Cloud or AWS

•5 or more years as a full stack developer with experience client side JavaScript frameworks (preferably Angular, Typescript), Node.JS, NPM, server side frameworks (Java / Spring / Spring Cloud / Hibernate / SpringBoot Micro services)
