This position requires close collaboration with the Product Owners and Stake Holders to ensure accurate Sprint and Product planning in JIRA. The Scrum Master is also responsible for providing accurate communications and status for each team. The Scrum Master also has to have the ability to get buy-in from the team and effectively identify and remove impediments, escalate when necessary for fast results. Agile responsibilities will include assisting Project Managers in managing Scrum ceremonies, daily stand ups, vision meetings, release planning, iteration planning, and retrospectives. • Facilitate Daily Standup meetings • Organize and schedule all ceremonies related to Agile. • Work with the Agile coach to continuously improve processes. • Keep Jira updated and monitor each sprint start and end dates. • Provide guidance to the teams on best practices. • Work with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to ensure readiness of tasks in each Sprint. • Planning and helping with Agile testing and other quality assurance activities. • Other related activities.
