Description : ------------------------------------------------------ The Department of Natural Resources Information Technology (DNR IT) executive program is seeking applicants for a Project Manager position to support the Division of Environmental Management, Bureau of Remediation and Redevelopment. This work requires 40 hours/week work for a candidate with advanced skillsets and experience. The most quali?ed candidate will have - Direct experience as a business analyst collabora?ng with IT professionals to develop technical speci?ca?ons and requirements for custom applica?ons. • Skilled in managing IT complex projects, leading teams, suppor?ng stakeholders, and implemen?ng IT infrastructure. • Pro?ciency in business analysis methodologies, including inves?ga?ve techniques, work?ows, use cases, and user stories. • Exper?se in data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, data visualiza?on, and sta?s?cal analysis so?ware. • Ability to collaborate with technical experts, end users and other stakeholders to gather information about functions, features, data requirements, input requirements, and output requirements. • Ability to use analytical and investigative skills to accurately document the business needs through requirements gathering. • Experience with requirements management tools such as Con?uence or DevOps. • Pro?cient in project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall. • Ability to create technical speci?ca?ons, iden?fy project roles, track resources, budgets, and monitor project progress. • Strong communica?on skills for repor?ng, con?ict resolu?on, and stakeholder engagement. • Ability to priori?ze tasks, adapt to changing demands, and facilitate risk management. • Knowledge of system analysis techniques, business intelligence tools, Oracle databases, and SDLC. • Experience wri?ng clear and concise documenta?on for technical and non-technical audiences. • Highly self-mo?va?ng with the ability to priori?ze, meet deadlines and manage changing priori?es.
