Must possess extensive expertise in maintaining and security hardening AIX and RHEL systems. Must possess extensive IT security/risk experience and skill including: Effectively communicates requirements and trains staff and managers in IT divisions to identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Communicates and reports on risk metrics to IT management and governance groups. Maintain impartiality around IT systems to produce unbiased reports on information security risk. Must have in-depth knowledge of server hardware (rack mount and blade) and operating system internals. Must understand application architecture and have experience developing server infrastructure designs in support of application deployment. Must have experience with server virtualization technologies including VMware and/or IBM LPARs. Must have experience with directory services and account management for the UNIX environment. The specific skills or knowledge required include the following: Application profiling and server infrastructure design, Enterprise server hardware technologies and configurations, Automated server provisioning to physical or virtual servers, ITIL processes of incident, problem, change, and configuration management Networking protocols especially TCP/IP, Account administration and access control, Group Policy Object (GPO) design for server and administrative account management, and domain controller security, Automated patch deployment and updates (e.g. service packs and configuration changes) across a large server environment (1,000+ OS instances) via tools and/or scripts, Systems monitoring/management (hardware and software) across a large-scale server infrastructure, Enterprise storage and storage networking (e.g. fibre channel and iSCSI) technologies, Troubleshooting in a large and complex server environment. Manages the engagement process of external risk assessment providers and acts as a liaison with internal IT project teams and business units. As an advocate of information security, works closely and proactively with IT project team leaders, service providers, and business units to provide security-related technical solutions. Identifies opportunities to improve business practices or IT security-related processes. Analyzes, recommends and implements process improvements within the context of information security. Works closely with IT project teams to develop implementation plans for new security-related products and services. Coordinates the preparation and presentation of user technical support and training materials to ensure the efficient, effective and secure use of information and communications technology. Coordinates and supports the work of security governance. Prioritizes, monitors, and assesses compliance and audit recommendation results to ensure they are comprehensive, robust, and of high quality. Must have skills to develop, enhance, maintain, and support application systems using a variety of software products such as Remedy, Datastage, Sequellink Server, COGNOS, Business Objects, Oracle, SQL Server, Oracle Discoverer; skills to use PeopleTools Release 8.x (including all aspects of the Application Design, PeopleCode, Security Designer, Query Designer, Component Interfaces, Business Interlinks, and Data Mover), Peoplesoft Human Resources, Peoplesoft CRM, Peoplesoft Financials applications, SQR, .Net C#, HTML, JavaScript, Perl, Unix Shell scripting, Powershell, WebSphere, Weblogic, Apache, Oracle Release 10.X/11.X, AIX 5.X, Redhat Linux 5.X and 6.X, Windows 2008 Servers; XML, Cold Fusion, Sharepoint, ADS/NDS, Terminal Server, all Microsoft Office products, MS Visual Studio, and terminal server environment.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
