Remains current with new technologies. • Participates in system testing and validation procedures, programming and documentation. • Provides technical advice and assists in solving programming problems. • Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor Analyst level employees. Qualifications Experience and Skills • Minimum of a B.S. in Computer Science, MIS or related degree and eight (3+) years of related experience or a combination of education, training and experience. • Knowledge of/Experience in the following: • Expert in any one of the modern JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks (AngularJS, JQuery, NodeJS, GruntJS), preferably AngularJS • 3+ years Experience with AngularJS. Recent experience with AngularJS2.0 • Hand on and implements complex AngularJS applications, directives, controllers, services • Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code. • Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript Dom manipulation Techniques • Experience with RESTful services • Experience in JavaScript build tools like grunt or gulp • Familiar with testing frameworks (Ex.
