Job Description Developer: Analysis, Data Modelling, Implementation, Coding Testing Background

Description:

Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to:

Analysis and design of database objects and data collection systems, including the transformation of legislative requirements into system functionality.
Data modelling.
Responsible for software development tasks including coding, testing, and implementation.
Prepares technical and user documentation.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing, and implementation of computer software.
84+ Months Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Preferred Qualifications:

84 Months of experience interpreting physical database models and experience with relational database concepts such as indexes, primary and foreign keys, and constraints using Oracle.
84 Months of experience working with Oracle version 9i or later.
60 Months of experience in using ORACLE programming tools (SQL Plus, PL/SQL, SQL Loader, or other ORACLE database programming tools).
48 Months of experience using at least 2 of the following techniques in Oracle PL/SQL: dynamic SQL, FORALL and BULK COLLECT, SYS_REFCURSOR, SYS_CONTEXT, and PL/SQL logging.
48 Months experience designing relational databases.
24 months experience integrating multiple database schemas.
