The Application Technical Analyst defines technical requirements & design to support defined business requirements, develops technical Architecture components, participates in detailed design and code reviews, reviews system performance and consumption issues, reviews test plans, and provides technical guidance, developer training, and support to others, as well as implementation responsibilities. The Application Technical Analyst defines and ensures adherence to Architecture standards and ensures the proper technical design decisions are being made. The job may require interfacing with other Application Technical Analysts, Application Analysts, and Delivery and account leadership to define and validate requirements, contribute to business case development, coordinate project schedules, budgets, request management and work authorization. Basic Qualifications 1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on webMethods flow service integration development involving the following: IDOC, Flat file, EDI and/or XML, databases and/or Java 2. Minimum 2 years of experience with JDBC, MQ and SAP webMethods adapters 3. Minimum 1 year of design/Architecture experience as a technical lead/mentor 4. Minimum of 1 year of experience with webMethods Trading Networks 5. Minimum of 1 year of experience with IT service management (Change management, Incident/Problem management) Preferred Skills: 1. Minimum 1 year of webMethods Administration experience 2. 1+ years of hands on Web Services development/SOA experience - WSDL, SOAP, XML, WS-I, XML 3. 1+ years of hands on WebSphere MQ experience 4.
