Respond to ServiceHub tickets by providing first line response through troubleshooting and escalating the tickets as needed. Diagnose the cause of technical issues and determine and implement the best course of action for repair or resolution. Make decisions related to network design/administration and implement them accordingly. Make decisions regarding prioritization of workload.
