Facilitate meeting discussions between business users, business analysts and technical analysts. Document organizational policies and procedures in the context of system requirements. * Work with technical staff and business users to problem-solve and identify workable solutions. Develop workflows that demonstrate current and proposed business requirements. Prioritize the individual work load that involves multiple project assignments and deadlines. Create and execute test cases, test scripts, data sets and user procedures. * Ensure testing results correspond to the Business and Functional Requirements. Work with team leads, technical staff and key users to identify, track and manage project issues as they arise. Answer questions and inquiries about system functionality. Provide user support, including training, help and instructions. Required Skills: 1. Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Systems/Technology or seven (7) yearsor more industry experience as an Information Technology (IT)Business Systems Analyst Senior. 2. Must have seven (7) years or more experience in working with business clients and technical staff to develop business requirements for software application modifications. a. Must be able to make informed decisions on a wide range of complex business and system requirements. b. Must be able to analyze and communicate stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into functional software application requirements. c. Must be able to analyze, comprehend and apply the appropriate level of detail to develop the relevant requirements. d. Must have excellent problem solving, analytical, and decision making skills and attention to detail. e. Must be able to interpret customer business needs, translate them into software application needs, and document and communicated by business process, and workflow diagrams. f. Must be able to develop workflows that demonstrate current and proposed business requirements in the context of system requirements. g. Must be able to develop test cases and test scripts to validate business requirements and compatibility with established systems and processes, and to ensure quality. h. Must be able to perform testing of requirements and processes to identify defects, to meet the requirements of the stakeholders, and to ensure correctness and effectiveness. i. Must be able to develop workflows that demonstrate current and proposed business requirements in the context of system requirements. 3. Must be proficient in speaking and writing in the English language. 4. Must have excellent verbal communication skills, writing skills as well as presentation skills. Must have seven (7) years or more experience with the following: a. Must have the ability to gather and provide information effectively, regardless of audience. b. Must be able to communicate and present technical information to a non-technical audience. c. Must be able to break-down complex concepts into comprehensible concepts to ensure appropriate level of communication and understanding for the stakeholders. d. Must be able to coordinate and facilitate work sessions to gather relevant information and to ensure understanding of the stakeholders knowledge. e. Must be able to write clearly and concisely that includes developing, maintaining, documenting and supporting standardized business system requirement documents, and reports. f. Must be able to write detailed Business and System Requirements Documents, Gap Analysis Documents, Test Cases, and User Guides. 5.
