Provides direction and technical leadership on cross functional/high-priority projects. . Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems. . Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. . Provides technical knowledge to ensure efficient design, development and implementation; Reviews work of other business analysts. Acts as technical resource in all phases of the development and implementation process. Required Experience: . Minimum 5-7 years experience in related background. . Required experience in Customer Service Desktop & Letter applications preferred. . Demonstrated strong analytical skills. . Possess strong collaborating and/or influencing skills. . Strong relationship building skills. . Aptitude to team and work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced, changing environment - excellent prioritization skills a must. . Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet assigned deadlines. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with management and employees across business units. .
