They are looking for an experienced System Analyst who will produce and maintain detailed system requirement documentation. This position will operate in a small agile team responsible for the development of process automations utilizing Resolve Systems, Resolve application. This System Analyst will also participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, demonstrate the ability to challenge the status quo, influence others to embrace new processes, and motivate others toward continual improvement in the performance of the organization. • Ability to produce quality system requirement documentation for software developers by interpreting detailed process documentation from internal clients. • Excellent analytical skills, data analysis skills, recognition of patterns, asking questions based on understanding of data. • Experience with project management. • Possess ability to drill-down and focus on details, while keeping the big picture in mind. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams. • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. • Organized and structured. • Ability to work in a team, be self-directed (requires minimal supervision to manage multiple priority, high-impact initiatives simultaneously), creative problem solver, quality focused; applies independent judgment to accomplish objectives. • Proven ability to represent and address IT-focused considerations and interests while conducting software/system requirement gathering. • Experience with Agile/SCRUM Methodologies and development practices. • Knowledge of network protocols a plus. • Experience in networking with respect to routing, switching, and protocols such as TCP/UDP, SYSLOG, SFTP, SSH, and SNMP a plus. May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.
