From the contracted services, initially analysis and design are needed. Assisting with state developers to guide development and potentially take on development role as well. Meeting with the agency side and ITSD staff to gather requirements and finalize automation design is required. We currently have development staff working on the manual process now and have two developers to work on the automated process with the augmented staff. The need to get staff in the door quickly is essential.
