Duties: • Develop, Enhance and Modify systems that do Telcom/Cable Billing with ICOMS. • Will need to analyze requests for modifications or enhancements and estimate the time and the changes necessary to make the code changes and to predict the impact on performance of the system. • Will be called on to recommend code changes that support business requirements. • Will work with a team of developers and perform as his/her skills are needed. • Developer will need analytical skills to do maintenance and bug fixes. Technical Knowledge • Programing Skills: Core Java, Java 8, C++, C/UNIX • Web Development Skills: JQuery, JQueryUI, JavaScript, CSS, HTML • Relational Databases: ORACLE, MySQL, TimesTen, Postgrql, MongoDB • Experience in Telecom and Enterprise OSS, Billing Systems and Service Integration and Provisioning.
