The On-Site Maintenance Manager is responsible for all aspects of maintenance, including supervision of maintenance staff; recommendations for technical acquisitions and development of guidelines, standards and procedures. Responsibilities and Duties: Customer Relation Management Provides leadership to the maintenance team Works with management and staff to assess and respond to maintenance topics Supervises the ongoing operations of the maintenance team Provides day-to-day supervision for the on-site maintenance team Communicating and Working with prime, subs and partners Provides regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management Hardware and Systems Software: Oversees the implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages Supervises the ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware and software Systems Operations and Maintenance: Maintains the integrity and continual operation of the company network Ensures the continual functioning of mission critical operations Maintains security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment. Skills Required: Strong analytical and logical problem solving skills Strong interpersonal communication and relational skills, good organizational and project management skills; sound judgment; initiative; flexibility; detail-oriented Strong working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments Project management, client/server technology, Internet/intranets Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Visio Project proficiency with server hardware configurations, operating system configuration tools, and Internet browsers; Experience: Five years customer facing management experience (project management, customer relation management, etc.) Microsoft windows and Linux configuration, installation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting Understanding of TCP/IP networks supporting VoIP telephony, microcomputers and other systems Complex system configuration and application development Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or the equivalent in experience.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
