In addition, this position oversees and provides leadership on all activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance of, and adherence to the Departments policies and procedures necessary for DCF to comply with privacy rules, regulations, and laws.This individual will coordinate with staff and management throughout the department on privacy-related issues and efforts that support the goals of the Privacy Program. This position will help ensure that DCF: • Upholds the publics trust through a strong Privacy Program • Has a strong proactive privacy culture • Maintains privacy while sharing data to improve outcomes for the children and families the Department serves.
