Because they are a shared service, right now they have 12 different ways to receive intake for new campaigns. Workfront is intended to create a centralized intake process and also visualization to stakeholders on what is being worked on. The Wrokfront tool was stood up last year by a 3rd party and now they need to implement all the work streams by configuring the tool. Although they have 4-5 implementations for this this year the Campaign Delivery is a key service his group provides so he wants that implementation to be classically project managed. The Marketing teams requesting lists use Unica IBM Marketing Operations tool. Workfront will become the single source tool for intake and Project Management. They need a developer / admin to configure the tool for this workstream. Primary Responsibilities: Design solutions based on requirements that achieve client business objectives for all objectives outlined by the stakeholders Optimally configure objects to meet client business requirements including: request queues, custom fields and forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, scorecards, expense types, risk types, layout templates, filters, views, grouping Support testing plans for to configured objects that ensure successful "go-live" deployments Ensure effective communication with clients and or team lead. Desired Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of Workfront system administration experience (implementation preferred) Experience with Unica IBM Marketing Operations tool preferred 1+ Years of Reporting and Analytics Experience Communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills Excellent analytical skills Experience working in Microsoft Office Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
