Role & Responsibilities • Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation • Create and implement precise plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels • Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development • Determine and develop user requirements for new business needs and systems in production, to ensure maximum usability • Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation • Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems Skills and Qualifications • Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or Computer Science • 5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity • Strong written and verbal communicator, with experience authoring long and complex documents with multiple authors to pointed emails to wide, busy audiences • Proven analytical abilities • High proficiency with SQL language and database management • Practical experience generating process documentation and reports • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Strong sense of accountability and initiative to complete assigned tasks with a high degree of quality Preferred Qualifications • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio • Prior experience with IT Security, IAM and IAM Platforms (Quest One Identity Manager, Okta SSO, Active Directory) • Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management • It is a high-growth IT staffing firm, with headquarters in Dublin, Ohio and with offices serving the Columbus, Detroit, Boston, Cincinnati, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Hartford, Los Angeles, Tucson, San Francisco, Denver, and Cleveland metropolitan areas.
