SPAR is the Supplemental Payments Accounts Receivables reconciliation application that GBD (Medicaid) uses to account for additional (supplemental) premiums from the states. This application is the “sister” application to ePAS which reconciles the standard premium. The application is currently written in SQL with an UI written in asp.net, Informatica workflows and APIs written in .Net 4.5. We want to rewrite significant portions of the application using .NET core and Angular 6. This effort has to be development complete by 06/1/2020. We hope to have staff onboarded by Late October 2019. The majority of high level requirements have been written, so successful candidates will be able to leverage documentation to start work. Staffing Need: 1 – Mid to High Level Development Leader (minimum 2 years leading established teams Scrum or Kanban) Timeline: The effort will wrap up mid-2020 Additional Considerations: Familiarity with Mongo DB is a plus Solid experience in SQL is a plus Experience working in an AGILE (SCRUM or Kanban) environment is a plus Self-starters that do not require a lot of assistance is a plus The tester MUST be independent Experience working with APIs is a plus The developer must be proficient in middle tier developer or a proficient front end developer or both with the following skill sets.
