Job Description Developer: Angular, Java, UI, Node.Js Restful Technical Documentation

Job Description :

Provide Java development and Angular to support the ESS (Enterprise Sales & Service) application for the listed projects. Require an experienced Java developer with 3+ years versed in JEE, JSP, integration of web services (SOAP), JDBC and SQL. Oracle knowledge preferred. Candidate should have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Must have the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. A degree in CIS or related field of study.

Enterprise Sales & Service (ESS) is one of the largest colleague facing applications at Huntington. It provides customer and account servicing features and is used across the enterprise, by branch, call center and back office colleagues. This is an Angular and Java development position primarily to support the re-platform of the current ESS application. We require experience with Angular (3+ years), Java (5+ years).

Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills; Strong ability to work independently, candidate should posess leadership skills and be able to solve complex issues with minimal direction. Degree in CIS or related field of study;

Angular UI and Java development

Minimum Qualities:

Experience developing web applications with Angular, (version 7 or higher)
Experience with NodeJS / npm tools
Experience with Angular Elements
Experience with RESTful services
Experience creating technical documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to assist junior developers


Preferred Qualities:

Deep understanding of Redux Architecture
Experience with React/Redux (preferred)
Experience with JavaScript Unit Testing (Jasmine) – preferred
Understanding of Web Accessibility/WCAG
Experience with Sass (“Sassy CSS”)
Knowledge of OWASP standards
Experience developing Single-Page Applications (SPA)
Experience consuming SOAP/monolithic services

Familiar with any of the following technologies:

GIT
Jenkins
Java MVC development
Unix
IBM Cloud Private (ICP)
Kubernates
Oracle/SQL Server
