The resource will work on a development/maintenance team supporting applications on the Intranet and Internet. Duties will include ongoing support of existing applications; working with business analysts, enhancements to existing applications; and new development projects to build applications for all commercial motor carrier related functions.

Requirements are as follows:

Resource performs user experience research and develops the look and feel of the product using Balsamiq, Photoshop, Sketch, InVision etc. Prototypes in html/css/js
Resource develops and implements designs/prototypes using html/css/js
Clear understanding of key User Experience disciplines – preparing wireframes, interaction models, user task flows and initial screen inventories
Strong, production focused graphic and interaction design skills – delivering high quality, polished UI from concept to completion
High level of Proficiency in: HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, JS Authoring, Angular JS, Node JS, LESS/SASS, Twitter Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, REST, Design patterns.
Strong knowledge of UI Design and development using JavaScript and Object Oriented JS
Working knowledge with JavaScript frameworks like angularJS, ember.js, node.js and Ajax architectures
Understand cross browser issues, workarounds and tools such as CSS3 or SaSS
Experience in building UI to accommodate multi OS mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
Experience working on projects using an Agile software development methodology
Experience in developing JS templates using JQuery template, EJS, mustache
Experience in responsive web design to create applications that automatically conform to multiple screen sizes/device
Must have good knowledge of Development life cycles, SVN Software Version Control, Software Testing, Coding Standards and Practices
Desirable skills in applying Internet security design standards, knowledge of critical web application security vulnerabilities, able to design and develop highly secure web applications
Must have experience with delivery of projects working in an Agile Scrum delivery framework
