Primary responsibility is to ensure availability and facilitate productive use of ESRI Web GIS technology products. Complete Description: Must posess strong skills in object-oriented analysis, design, and implementation (using UML), with active involvement in all phases of project life cycle. Quickly understands functional and technical aspects of software development projects and offer excellent communication skills. Experience with developing web enabled State health emergency preparedness and response applications a strong plus and/or experience developing NJ State enterprise web applications. Must have ESRI software experience using ArcIMS, ArcSDE, ArcGIS. Must be a team player. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential. Must provide writing samples such as Email paragraphs to something more formal.
