Determine best structure – linear referenced, spatial views, point/line/poly. Develop process to keep spatial data and links to documents within the spatial data current. Create geospatial dataset. Develop metadata for dataset. Work w/user to develop process to bring documents into a staging area. Assist with web mapping development utilizing the ArcGIS JavaScript API. Configure and publish map services. Work w/ user to design/implement address geocoding procedures.
