NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks an ArcGIS Specialist to join our team in Albany, New York.

Job Description:
Work with user to bring location based business data into the geodatabase – from various sources spreadsheets, database, text files, survey123, etc.
Learn business process around data to be included in the system. Determine best structure – linear referenced, spatial views, point/line/poly.
Develop process to keep spatial data and links to documents within the spatial data current.
Create geospatial dataset.
Develop metadata for dataset.
Work w/user to develop process to bring documents into a staging area.
Assist with web mapping development utilizing the ArcGIS JavaScript API.
Configure and publish map services.
Work w/ user to design/implement address geocoding procedures.

Mandatory Qualifications:
60 - 84 Months Experience in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures, or business applications and products that run on those platforms, beyond that of a Programmer; Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education.
60 months Experience with the ArcGIS Suite of products

Additional skills:
60 months Administration of ArcSDE
60 months Developing scripts in Python to process/manipulate/load spatial data and document files
24 months ArcGIS JavaScript API
6 months Team Foundation Server (TFS)
6 months Visual Studio
6 months .net/C #
6 months address geocoding
