The Solutions Architect will work closely with another Architect, and business and technology stakeholders to ensure a proper roadmap aligns with Company goals. The successful candidate must have strong hands on Architecture experience in a Microsoft environment. Candidates with Azure experience are highly preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop web-based technical solutions to support business and corporate goals. Consult with management to develop and document system requirements and define project priorities. Work closely with users to develop system design proposals for dynamic, database driven web applications. Present system and functional design proposals to IT and business area management for review and approval. Perform function and system testing to ensure conformity with the business requirements of the project. Coordinate software testing with QA and business areas on all programming projects. Provide leadership and technical assistance to others inclusive of monitoring, mentoring, and training of other applications development staff. Provide feedback to application manager on staff performance. Independently plan and organize work projects; work under the pressure of deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Interact with business areas to prioritize, schedule and complete project service requests. Acquire and apply knowledge of new Web technologies to solving operational problems and present proposals to management on technologies that would facilitate processing of business or reduce costs to the organization. QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years of experience in a hands on .NET Developer role 1+ years of experience in an Architect role Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field Experience in a Microsoft Azure environment is highly preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
