As the Access Management Security Architect you will lead the architecture and design of our clients customer and workforce IAM solutions. Ecosystem includes on premise and cloud-enabled enterprise-wide IAM for our external and internal human and non-human identities. You will plan, design, review and manage IAM initiatives to support core security functions. You will develop and maintain information security standards and processes as well as apply in-depth knowledge of information systems, cyber security, and compliance with industry regulations regarding IAM. Responsibilities: Define and drive the IAM architecture strategy and roadmap Drive leading edge development of a cloud-native IAM platform for all identities. Design and review the architecture of existing and newer IAM mechanisms including behavior analytics and machine learning Drive adoption of IAM solutions Identify security risks with implementation of IAM protocols and technologies Ensure technology risks are identified and addressed for new developments, integrations, and deployments Ability to understand business requirements for IAM solutions whether on premise or as a hosted service. Design solutions and deployment on existing platforms. Requirements: Minimum BS degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering 7 to 10 years experience in Information Technology and/or Information Security as Security Architect or Application Architect with Security knowledge and skill Architect, Design, Implement, and Migrate cloud based IDM solutions Configure, support, and understand infrastructure/technical components Architecture and design knowledge of IAM mechanisms, protocols, and tools in cloud environments (cloud a plus) Experience presenting information to technical and executive audiences (with the right level of detail) Experience working with IAM technologies in an implementer or a designer role Knowledge of threat modeling and risk assessment techniques Must understand detailed technical procedures, projects, SDLC and Web Development Architecture, Ethical Hacking Process, etc. Experience with RBAC, ABAC and policy based access desired Experience in cloud technologies Kubernettes, Docker, Consul, etc. CA Identity and Access Management products and services experience Microsoft Azure Identity and Access Management products and services experience Experience with the following tools/technologies: Active Directory / LDAP, Identity Management tools, SSO protocols (e.g. SAML, OAUTH, OpenID, etc.), identity management techniques (e.g. automated provisioning, de-provisioning, etc.), PKI, authentication, step up authentication, and MFA   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
