Job Description: Job Title: RPA Architect Our client is looking for exceptional Automation Architect in our AugIntel Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will actively partner with Automation COE leadership, business stakeholders, operational excellence teams, subject matter experts, application delivery teams as well as your development teams on initiatives that supports strategic goals centered on using intelligent automation tools (RPA, AI, ML, Chatbots etc) to help improve operational efficiency, enhance capacity utilization and improve stakeholder experiences across the enterprise. As an intelligent automation leader, you will help deliver technology solutions on an enterprise-wide scale that drive significant business value. You will work in an agile environment delivering user oriented solutions utilizing cutting edge technologies. Responsibilities: • Be a key member of the Automation COE. • Understand business processes and provide architecture and design solutions. • Provide technical leadership in design, development, and testing of business solutions • Prepare and present potential technical solutions and advise the business on approach and tradeoffs • Work with developers, business analysts and subject matter experts to understand the complex technological system in order to produce integrated end-to-end solution options • Communicate solution approaches to enterprise architects, project teams and other stakeholders • Keep up to date on cutting edge technologies like cloud, IoT, mobile, social, and big data. • Ensures the architecture of solutions is aligned with the direction of organization in terms of technology and business strategy. • Drives effective decision making to steer, harmonize and accelerates efforts within Portfolio. • Ensures the direction and implementation of a solution is true to its design, and if a change is required, it is managed appropriately. • Makes an informed Build vs. Buy decision by applying systematic approach to technology evaluation. • Develops standards that typically include best practices observed from other technology rollouts and helping develop solutions faster through repeatable actions or reusable components in new designs. • Design RPA libraries and reusable components. • Identifies programs to deliver Architectural leverage and scale through reusable components. • Architects self-service of products and services with minimal human intervention in deployment and operation. • Defines a robust architecture for building new applications and releases, leveraging and enhancing existing building blocks, or creating new reusable components • Drives the organization towards best practices and technologies such as Agile/DevOps, Big Data/Analytics, AI, Microservices Knowledge and Skills Requirements: • Prior experience in helping other clients build such COEs and/or have helped large enterprises federate and scale evaluation and implementation of various augmented Intelligence capabilities. • Must have experience working with various architectural styles and patterns • Comfortable communicating architecture to all levels of management and customers • Responsive and decisive on adjusting our product architecture per customer requirements, market conditions and technology evolution • Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and processes • Track record that includes the design and release of high-quality, high-performance, enterprise-level software products/applications • Excellent decision-making   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
