Description:

We are seeking an individual specializing in the implementation, development, and support of Call Center Technologies. The individual will provide hands on technical leadership with the following technologies:

Standard CTI / IVR Platform
o Genesys SIP Server Configuration, failover testing & SBC integration
o GVP 8.1 Solution deployment
o Nuance Application Develop and IVR Architecture
o Genesys 8.1 Windows based Framework deployment and configuration (in an HA environment)
o Genesys SDK custom application development and solution integration
o Genesys Strategy Development
o Aspect ACD System 9

In addition, the individual may be required to identify challenges and propose solutions referencing industry best practices including but not limited too:

o Call Center/ Account Servicing application integration with company CTI / IVR platform for screen pop, warm call handling, call authentication, routing strategies, etc
o Architecture for CTI / IVR environments, including post production IT QA load and performance testing, rollout, and instrumentation for operational monitoring and troubleshooting
o Organizational structure for Information Technology and Account Servicing departments
o Development of an integrated Technology Roadmap, suggesting cohesive technology and business goals addressing company legacy telephony and CTI / IVR platforms.


The on-site resource should be able to:
o Must have hands on exp in IVR in Genesys Platform
o Enter into an on-going implementation, adjusting for existing Architecture and Engineering decisions
o Work closely with a project manager and multiple technology teams (infrastructure, application development, QA, business sponsors, etc) to ensure a well coordinated and integrated solution while identify risks and issues, as well as solutions and options to ensure progress and delivery.
o Hands on configuration, troubleshooting, and company CTI / IVR Platform as listed above
o Reference and apply industry best practices to company CTI / IVR implementation, adjusting for company specific requirements
o Be a Subject Matter Expert for company CTI / IVR implementation with a goal of increasing the acumen of company IT staff
o Recognize existing and anticipating upcoming development and support challenges, propose solutions and readily assist in implementing these solutions. I.e. simplifying the Nuance VUI development and support process.
o Demonstrate effective communication skills. Directly or through their organization, be able to develop technical artifacts and presentations to articulate configurations, integrations, and other technical areas. In addition, the on-site individual and the SI organization as a whole should be able to adjust for their audience, i.e. produce or assist in presentations for business sponsors and users.
