Stay Connected To The Vendors • Conduct 3rd-party vendor/product evaluations and recommendations as needed • Build professional relationships with third party vendors • Document best practices and policies around the use of end-user technology, mobile device enablement and management, and modern collaboration tools and technology Qualifications Requirements Basic Qualifications • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent job experience • 10+ years of relevant work experience in End User Technology and/or Desktop Computing preferably in a senior level role • Adaptable communication skills and demonstrated experience interacting with all levels of an organization across verbal, prose and visual engagement • Ability to manage own work time and priorities under aggressive timelines and budgets • Fluent in English (in word and in writing) Required Skills And Experience • 4-8 years technical experience in Software Architecture • Demonstrated ability to translate conceptual and strategic thinking into practical solutions • Knowledgeable on and experienced with TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture framework • Experience designing and developing desktop and mobile solutions in a complex distributed environment; retail preferred. • Experience supporting and managing the hardware and OS lifecycle of Windows and MacOS desktop computing environments. • Deep knowledge of endpoint management tools such as MS SCCM, BigFix, Jamf, and Workspace ONE (Airwatch) • Experience with user centric collaboration solutions including email, web/video conferencing, chat/IM, workstream collaboration, etc. • Experience with managing mobile operating systems in an enterprise environment. • Experience driving a modern workplace transition including physical work environment, collaboration tools, conference rooms, etc. Preference will be given to candidates with the following experience: • Knowledge and experience with modern software practices including agile, scrum, Kanban, DevOps, CI/CD, TDD/BDD and infrastructure-as-code • Experience with Enterprise Architecture tools • Office 365 including experience with Skype/Teams transitions (UC) • Azure Active Directory, SCCM and Config Manager CB • Workspace ONE including VMware Identity Manager • SharePoint Development • Identity Management experience with IBM Tivoli and Active Directory (ADFS) Apply On-line Apply On-line   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
