Org Unit: Enterprise Architecture Team culture: • Innovative driven mindsets • Understand where the business needs to be 3-5 years from now • Fast paced • Work life balance Key projects: • Architecture Artifacts • Portfolio Management Artifacts for projects engaged with EA • This role will coordinate closely with Enterprise Architects, Information Architects, Security architects, while virtually leveraging subject matter experts from any needed technical or business area Daily schedule: • Understands disruptive forces and the businesss economic and financial levers that are susceptible to digital transformation to effectively guide technology investment decisions. • Contextualizes technology trends based on social, economic and other nontechnology trends. • Analyze enterprise business context (trends and business strategy), as well as change requirements in other enterprise architecture viewpoints, to derive the architecture future state. This includes defining the requirements, and models that guide technology decisions for the enterprise. • Define high-level technology plans & roadmaps to address the gaps between the current and future state. • Lead the analysis of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement. In addition, lead the analysis of technology industry and market trends to determine their potential impact on the enterprise as well as on the architecture. • Assist with designing the governance activities associated with ensuring architecture compliance. • Oversee or consult on technology implementation and modification activities (for example, projects), particularly for new or shared solutions. • Oversee and facilitate the research, evaluation and selection of hardware/software technology and product standards, as well as the design of standard configurations. • Identify the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures and culture) and financial impact of the architecture options. • Document necessary architecture design and analysis work, possibly including solution documentation and metric collection. • Define metrics to measure and demonstrate architecture solution value. • Coordinate with other enterprise architects. • Understand and advocate EA principles and be prepared to "sell" the EA process, its outcome and ongoing results. • Manage and continuously improve the design and implementation of Architecture processes and artifacts. • Lead the development of an implementation plan for the enterprise architecture based on business requirements and the varying IT strategies for project-driven or product-driven delivery teams. Candidate Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on design and implementation of business solutions supported by IT • Exposure to multiple, diverse business systems, technologies and processing environments • Project/program/domain/enterprise level architecture experience • Knowledge of all aspects of enterprise architecture theory & practice • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation • Strong leadership skills – teaching   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
