Our existing applications support oncology clinics and encompass workflows critical to care such as chemotherapy orders and drug dispensing. We have an interest in proving value-add services and products to our customers, so our product portfolio is ever-changing. The Commercial Software team supports the Specialty Distribution and services businesses. The Specialty business customer areas include Practices (clinics), Payors, Patients, Pharma and Pharmacies. With a core focus on distribution we are growing and building adjacent services to provide value to these customer areas. Our diverse customer population creates a dynamic environment for our business and technology teams. The Commercial Software ACID department is responsible for engineering, supporting, and maintaining the following areas: Architecture The on-premise architecture at our customers clinical locations Cloud - The Cardinal Health Cloud that integrates with our on-premise solution Integrations Integrating our commercial software with Electronic Medical Record systems (EMR) and Practice Management Systems (PMS) Developer Operations Automating our application software builds for continuous improvement and monitoring the environment for system health and stability Our department works directly with development teams to host our commercial applications, automate deployments of their applications, and support the areas outlined above to meet business objectives. Our goal is to provide a common platform that can be leveraged across multiple commercial software applications and platforms. Agile Skills: Previous experience in the role of Iteration Manager or ScrumMaster Familiar with the different types of Agile Methodologies Scrum & Kanban Must be able to garner respect from his/her team and be willing to get their hands dirty to get the job done Must be able to communicate well with teams Must be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team Must be able to ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls.
