Additionally, this position is expected to assist with security design and maintenance of access controls for SAP and other enterprise applications. Finally, the candidate is expected to promote security best practices within the Information Technology and business functions globally. IT Objectives: Delivering innovative solutions enabling growth Facilitating and optimizing collaboration Secure, reliable, and cost efficient digital services Key Role and Primary Responsibilities: Provide SAP application security support related to access control for system enhancements, security improvements, and installations (e.g., Support Pack Applications, SSO, RBAC) Configure SAP and related applications authorization and role security as required by business process modifications and per established strategies and procedures to ensure appropriate protections and controls that safeguard confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organizations information asset. Provide application security integration support for new business and plant setup for various enterprise SAP systems (e.g., R/3, BW, HR) Analyze risk of system availability/performance impacts and denial of access to users when modifying security access and authorizations. Administration of the Identity and Access Management full lifecycle processes globally. Work with Information Technology and business units (e.g., HR) to deploy and develop technical and procedural controls that meet compliance and security requirements. Recommend improvements and upgrades to the security posture of the enterprise, such as evaluation of new software/hardware required to meet a business need or designing scripted/automated solutions to make a process more efficient. Ensures system confidentiality, integrity, and availability by employing monitoring, security controls, review of access appropriateness, anomaly identification, and system configuration best practices. Perform required SOX and security/governance management processes including auditing and monitoring; report issues to immediate supervisor or next level management. Exercises excellent judgment and discretion when handling confidential situations. On-call coverage per rotational schedule and post implementation project support to include evenings and weekends. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree with 3-5 years related experience– required. 2 years of experience supporting access control or identity management in an SAP environment – required. 1 -2 years of experience supporting access control methodologies for enterprise applications – required. Demonstrated experience working with SAP HANA and SAP Single Sign-On – preferred. Experience supporting SAP cloud applications (e.g., Ariba, SuccessFactors) – preferred. Experience supporting Microsoft Office365 – preferred. Industry certifications (e.g., SAP Application Associate, CISSP, CompTIA Security+) – preferred. Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management Systems (SailPoint) – preferred.
