Mortgage origination experience preferred but not required. Previous CORE experience is preferred. Experience to be defined as: 3+ years proven experience with various testing tools and products such as Quality Center and Clear Quest 5+ years of experience handling the QA Activities for multiple projects and directives and work in a fast-paced, highly integrated and systemic work environment Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work cooperatively with peer managers to achieve common business goals Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills and a comfort level in communicating with individuals and groups Proven communication and facilitation skills and the ability to influence parties with diverse interests Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict Proven strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in developing test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected results Proven ability to understand complex test environments and configurations, and manage testing efforts from planning through execution Ability to develop and implement best practices and procedures in a complex and high-volume environment Proven track record managing multiple concurrent testing efforts and code streams Preferred Skills Experience in mortgage banking industry(preferably Wells Fargo) Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience in defect tracking, reporting, and metrics for testing Experience in knowledge-based/rule-based systems using commercial knowledge-based systems environments Experience with web applications. J2EE and Oracle databases experience a plus, but not required.
