You translate marketing fluff and technical jargon into compelling, concrete insights. You will also be presenting and hosting learning workshops in person and over the phone with business leaders from the C-Level down, to drive sales and practice the art of the possible. Challenging customers: Use your skills, insight and experience to tell your clients what they need to do, not just what they want. You must be able to challenge their beliefs with well researched, tailored insights, bringing in creative and business-savvy solutions that drive the sale and maximize outcomes. Scoping work and proposals: You use exceptional written and verbal communications skills to scope, assemble and propose solutions. A hands-on role, you must be able to act under pressure and show wisdom and leadership, often for an audience of top tier executives. Works closely with business SMEs and collaborates with the development team, enterprise architect and the project manager in all aspects of system design and development to develop functional solutions that meet business needs and are aligned with the architectural roadmap as established by the architecture team. Supports and contributes to project management activities by participating in the scoping and estimating of project efforts, risks identification and mitigation measures recommendation, communicating activity status and providing timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems to the Project Manager. Serves as a consultant to management, senior management and customers. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, Public Health or related field with a minimum of 6 years of experience or a minimum 10 years of experience to satisfy degree and experience requirements. 4 years of experience working as a Senior Developer/Architect demonstrating a broad understanding of core Microsoft cloud technologies and services, including Azure IaaS and Office 365, and core Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Exchange, Power BI and Windows Server, but most importantly Microsoft Dynamics 365. 3 years of experience working in an agile / iterative development environment. Demonstrated experience with systems and applications development projects supported by the team including system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, and business rule Demonstrated experience in translating technical content into formats written in plain language and easy to understand. Demonstrated ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information. Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize end user issues/requests. Proven ability to integrate with a team and work well with others. Proven ability to mentor and train other staff members, especially in regards to Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint). Strong proficiency with SharePoint for team, customer and user collaboration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
