Job Description: The technical product manager, senior acts as the primary point of customer and supplier contact for all aspects of infrastructure and cloud product and service management. You will oversee the entire life cycle of product management, from customer and supplier product group engagement, requirements gathering, roadmap development and maintenance, feature tracking, consult on product development, QA of new products and features, OCM impacts and remediation, marketing, communications, learning and ultimate product release. From inception, through launch, and through the customer journey, you will envision how each team is going to play a role in the products success. Emphasis should be placed on being an advocate for the end-users and in building and improving features based on their pain points; and to continuously iterate based on their feedback.
