Resumes will be used for initial selection. Interviews, phone and in-person, will be used as needed to vet the candidates knowledge and skills. Experience with or detail knowledge of Unemployment Insurance Interstate Claim processing is preferred. Agency Expected Deliverables The contractor(s) will work on-site, under the direction of the IDOL project manager/team lead, and will review, analyze, and document business processes for the Unemployment Insurance System (iUS). Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.) Excellent experience with: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Facilitates the discovery of as-is and to-be business processes. Documents business processes in a manner that facilitates long term maintenance, business process automation, and process improvement. May work as a part of a development team acting as the business representative/advocate on software development projects. Successful candidates may be asked to demonstrate their experience with Azure DevOps, Visio, and Word.
