Experience with or detail knowledge of Unemployment Insurance Interstate Claim processing is preferred. Agency Expected Deliverables The contractor(s) will work on-site, under the direction of the IDOL project manager/team lead, and will review, analyze, and document business processes for the Unemployment Insurance System (iUS). Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.) Excellent experience with: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Facilitates the discovery of as-is and to-be business processes. Documents business processes in a manner that facilitates long term maintenance, business process automation, and process improvement. May work as a part of a development team acting as the business representative/advocate on software development projects. Successful candidates may be asked to demonstrate their experience with Azure DevOps, Visio, and Word.
