Assist in planning and implementing solutions in Azure. Roles and Responsibilities Architect, Build, and Manage our Azure cloud environments hosting various applications. Monitor performance, scaling and resiliency based on needs of applications. Maintain Infrastructure for cloud environments using tools. Provision security resources in Azure such as firewalls, VPNs and other gateway devices. Use creative cloud solutions to meet needs of software engineer and data engineer teams. Manage backups of virtual machines and SQL databases. Perform global admin role and responsibilities in Office 365, FTP Management and SharePoint. Conduct internal vulnerability scans and implementation improvements to ensure the security posture of our organization. Document all processes including network diagrams and system security plans. Utilize Azure Cost Management and similar tools to optimize and report on infrastructure costs. As part of the Azure DevOps team the administrator is responsible for availability, performance, troubleshooting and recoverability of PaaS & IaaS services hosted in Microsoft Azure cloud platform Build and maintain tools and frameworks that support deployment automation, health-check of applications and patching/update activities Design, build, and deliver dashboards and reports to monitor applications and underlying cloud infrastructure to identify bottlenecks causing degradation of service quality and/or availability Expertise in Administering Windows Server 2012 R2/2016/2019 Expertise in IIS Experiences in IT system documentation Required Minimum of 3 years experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining Azure resources. Experience managing Office 365 integrated with Azure AD. Experience administrating Windows Server and Active Directory. Clear understanding of networking and related resources. Experience with best practices of securing servers and networking. Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve critical incidents. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies. Solid communication skills, both oral and written. Preferred Microsoft Azure certifications PowerShell scripting experience Experience working with logging and alerts. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies Fundamental experience with Microsoft SQL Server Experience with health care technology, HIPAA and HITECH compliance Other Requirements Willingness and desire to learn across domains.
