Job Description :

Primary Purpose

As a key member of the Enterprise Architecture organization, the Lead Principal Architect - Integration will support the development of enterprise integration technology and strategy to lead the companys digital transformation and innovation. The Lead Principal Architect - Integration will be accountable for defining enterprise integration best practice standards and guidelines across all of the companys core systems (eCommerce, Hotel, Marketing, Gaming, F&B, Retail, Entertainment).

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

· Lead a group of architects to develop enterprise integration architecture and strategy (integration pattern and integration platform).

· Provide domain expertise to engineering organization to develop new integration capabilities that will help improve our guest experience.

· Collaborate with various business and technology stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop solutions and strategies.

· Define enterprise integration architecture standards and guidelines.

· Participate in industry conferences and consortia to lead and influence enterprise integration innovation in the casino and hospitality domain.

· Mentor other architects to drive continuous improvement.

· Perform other job-related duties as requested.

Minimum Requirements

· Strong industry track record in the loyalty industry.

· Strong track record of being able to influence large enterprises or engaged in a startup culture.

· Strong technology leadership.

· 8 years of experience in complex enterprise with multiple lines of business setting.

· Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field; or equivalent education and work experience.

Preferred

· Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.

· Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

Gaming Registration Required.
