Job Description : Job Type: Contract-to-hire Contract Length: 9 Months Location: Austin, TX The Project Manager will have an exciting new role helping to transform the IT organization! This role will ensure projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing adoption. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance. The Project Manager will work to drive adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact team members in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of desired outcomes. While the Project Manager does not have supervisory responsibility, this person will need to navigate the organization to succeed and be a very independent contributor. The position may also provide direct support and coaching to leaders as they help their direct reports through the change initiative. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle Apply a structured methodology to execute project \ organizational change management activities Identify and manage stakeholders Assess the project \ change impact Conduct stakeholder interviews and complete change management assessments Create an overall project \ change management strategy Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics Consult and coach project teams Drive communication and training efforts Evaluate and ensure user readiness Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Qualifications Minimum ten years of hands on experience in IT project management Expereince with system projects (Windows, Azure, Data Center) Cisco network experience Unified Communications (UC) Must have experience with Waterfal methodology Experience managing complex infrastructure-based projects Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel) Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments Preferred PMP, or other relevant certification(s) is a plus Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to employ research and analytical thinking Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
