Equivalent experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree(s). · Requires a minimum of 5 years IT related work experience with 3 years software development experience · Demonstrated technical or project leadership · Must manage multiple priorities at the same time. · Basic understanding of healthcare industry desired · Specialization in EDI Skills: · Minimum 3 years working with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator installation/set up/Configuration. · Minimum 2 years in B2B foundation · Experience in setting up FTP/HTTP adapter configuration · Ability to set up SSH host keys. · Minimum 2 years in BPML development and testing support. · Knowledge of EDI transaction standards including X12, NCPDP, HL7 or CDA · Authority to oversee the application design, development and implementation of EDI. · Demonstrates ownership and primary technical responsibility for project success. · Participates in requirements gathering, reviews, and documentation efforts for area of business and/or technical specialization and other related areas to fully understand projects requirements. · Participates in development of quality management plan to ensure appropriate technical reviews are scheduled. · Reviews, approves, and/or provides technical estimates for project plan. · Contributes to the project plan and communicates directly with the Project Manager for assigned project. · Lead and/or review technical designs for area of responsibility within the project and participate in documentation as needed · Work with architect and other Technical Leaders to obtain cross-business and/or technical area coordination for interrelated components · Drive for innovation and thought leadership · Participate in technical walkthroughs and enforce standards, policies, best practices, and processes. · Provide technical expertise during product meetings and presentations · Work closely with the Project Manager to provide updates on project deliverables and answer questions or resolves issues with the project team · Provide technical mentoring, coaching, and direction for the technical project team. · Enforce configuration management and quality assurance standards, policies, best practices, and processes throughout the development life cycle · Reviews unit testing approaches within business and/or technical areas of specialization and supports overall testing efforts. · Contributes to problem solving and troubleshooting efforts. · Serve as the primary source of input to and feedback from the best practice repository · Ensure the technical documentation for the business and/or technical area of specialization is kept up-to-date · Completeness · Responsible for the successful deployment of business and/or technical area of specialization within the overall project · Provides input to new business pursuits, including sizing, implementation effort, hardware and software requirements for their business and/or technical area. · Participates in technical and business forums for their business and/or technical areas. · Participates in the interviewing and hiring process of other technical staff members.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
