Interview are in person only. Resumes are due to the manager on the 16th of November with interviews starting on the 17th. This assignment will be extended thru June 2015. The Client is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to assist with a 3rd party project. It is for use on the SMS ( Structures Management System) application. This application covers bridges, ramps and overpasses. This BA would need to work with the business and the vendor to ensure that the needs of the business are being met with the SMS application. This application is a Bentley product. This is a very high profile project and the selected candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to interact with executive sponsors professionally and efficiently. ? Required Skills: * All roles and responsibilities outlined in BA3 * Experience conducting Facilitated Workshops for requirements analysis * Experience creating workflows using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). * Experience developing Business Requirements - project initiation document, what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures * Experience developing Functional and non functional requirements * Experience reating application prototypes and screen mock ups experience in using Microsoft products such as Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word * creating graphical representations of complex business processes * Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
