The ITSM administrator will leverage knowledge and experience to architect and deliver end-to-end automated solutions which includes workflow customization, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations within a multi-tenant environment. RESPONSIBILITIES * Act as the subject matter expert within the Remedy tool suite and consult with clients and IT in support of the companys IT strategy, overarching business requirements. * Evaluate, design, develop, and debug Remedy applications/workflows/forms which deliver requirements while maintaining well performing, stable, accurate Remedy foundation * Provide expert technical assistance and consulting support to clients. * Research and analyze strategies, programs, and processes across and between all corporate functions. * Collaborate with IT teams to identify technical deficits and improvement opportunities in current practices and procedures. * Design and delivery of configuration within Remedy ITSM Suite at a company/tenant level, coordination with resources at an Enterprise/Global level * Configuration and Administration of the Remedy ITSM Suite, specifically within the core processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Asset and Knowledge, Service Request * Support and design of integrations of the ITSM suite with non-BMC IT solutions or custom solutions * Train business Point of Contacts (POCs) in Remedy applications. * Act as the expert and lead for less experienced IT specialists.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
