Excellent written, communication and presentation skills. .Experienced Business Analysis with 3+ years of experience. .Experience with requirements gathering for Pega Systems-PRPC .Ability to conduct DCO (Direct Capture of Objectives) sessions using Pega Systems. .Rational Quality Manager Experience .Experience in Application Use Case .Traceability Matrix Pega RULES Process Commander (PRPC) and other BPM tools, Pega Systems healthcare frameworks. Experience with Center of Excellence (CoE) guidelines The following are not required for this position but would be considered as a valuable asset in a potential candidate.
