Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements 4. Assist customers with development of business cases and user stories. 5. Analyze and design system processes and databases. 6. Develop business and system analysis and design models using Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect and Visio using Unified Modeling Language (UML), Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN), database engineering, and other methods. 7. Document application and database specifications. 8. Liaison between users and technical staff. 9. Perform oversight reviews of requirements and testing deliverables for compliance with department standards. 10. Perform application testing, including developing and executing test plans, test cases, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing. Track and manage work tasks according to project schedules and Team-specific task management processes. 8 Job Specific Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs): The submitted candidate must be able to apply common knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas: 1. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) 2. Knowledge of project management principles and practices (PMBOK) 3. Knowledge of Agile methods such as Scrum 4. Ability to facilitate, present, and create grammatically correct, plain language documentation 5. Ability to model business, system, and database processes and structures using UML 6. Ability to read and understand .NET application code and logic 7.
