Good at producing PDD, BRD, use cases, user stories, other related product documentation; digging in, asking good questions, connecting the dots, articulating things clearly in writing. Strong communication skills – very proactive and takes ownership. Candidates MUST have experience with Chatbot / Virtual Assistants projects within an AI (Artificial Intelligence) space.
