Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Working knowledge and experience with ODHs HealthSpace system. o Understanding how the data in the HealthSpace system maps to the Accela system. o Coordinating HealthSpace data exports. o Verifying data between the HealthSpace system and the Accela system. Requirements: - Working knowledge and experience with the ODH Accela system. o How the ODH and LHD Environmental Health licensing processes map to Accela Workflows. o How to submit, process, and approve applications. How to issue licenses. o Understand the variances in the Workflows between the Food, Pools, Spas, Campgrounds, Resident Camps, Ag Labor Camps, Sewage, and Private Water Programs. o How automated validation and triggers are applied to the Workflows. o Researching and developing new reports using the Accela Ad-hoc Report Builder. o Integration and functionality between the ODH Accela system and the ODH CARS invoicing system. o Coordinating and facilitating CBOSS account setup between CBOSS and Local Health Districts. o Providing detailed feedback to Local Health Districts about the ODH Accela system functionality. o How the OGRIP GIS service is implemented and used by the ODH Accela system. o Understand the ODH Accela systems time accounting and payment processes. o How, when, and by what mode communications are provided to the user community. o Perform system Administrator functions to support all Local Health Districts, including the administration of user accounts, fees, political subdivisions, and other agency-related information. o Coordinate with the Accela vendor and the States Innovate Ohio Program to implement recurring data transfers. o Collaborate with OMIS and the Accela vendor to ensure security compliance. o Review contract and amendments to ensure compliance. o Coordinate data verification with Local Health Districts. o Work with the Accela vendor and the Local Health Districts to prepare for system deployment. o Assist the Accela vendor with Provisioning activities. - Other o Coordinate and participate in meetings with ODH Program Managers, Local Health District Commissioners, Local Health District Environmental Health Directors, and Local Health District staff. o Prepare briefing slides and participate in monthly Governance updates. o Prepare documentation to support various project-related needs, including: user guides, tracking documents, presentations, metrics, risk/issues, and enhancements. o Work with the Accela vendor to monitor the Project Plan. o Track, review and verify costs for deliverable milestones. o Enter, review, and maintain defects in the Jira issue tracking tool. o Provide weekly status updates to ODH management. o Provide updates to various Local Health District working groups. o Develop, update, and maintain the Frequently Asked Questions for the project.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
