Required Skills: * Minimum 5 yrs of Proj Mgmt exp, large-scale, complex IT implementation initiatives. * Demonstrated exp in creating and maintaining an IT Project Plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status, and resource allocation. * Demonstrated exp coordinating delivery of development (beta) and production releases that meet quality assurance standards. * Demonstrated exp in assisting technical team in design and development tasks. * Demonstrated exp in assisting test team in creating test plans and testing efforts. * Proven track record of delivering IT projects within budget, scope, and schedule. * Objective decision-making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis, and resource availability. * Hands on exp managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications. * Demonstrated Project Mgmt exp on system deployments with multiple clients. * In-depth knowledge of industry best practice project mgmt and SDLC methodologies * Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal, and time mgmt skills. * Demonstrated exp in procurement solicitation document development (RFPs) and vendor proposal evaluations. * Demonstrated presentation and training skills. * Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. * Solid work exp with project mgmt tools (Microsoft project). * Demonstrated technical architecture/infrastructure knowledge and exp, including experience with multiple hardware platforms and operating systems.
