Position Responsibilities: Hands-on Blue Prism development experience Build robot automation per best practices and coding standards to meet defined requirements as per the specification and documentation signed-off by the Process Owner Perform functional and non-functional testing of the robots to ensure that the robot is working as per the specification and documentation signed-off by the Process Owner Lead process assessment and conduct “deep dive” sessions with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to understand, analyze and document the process Create post-deep dive “Analysis Reports” to: Map the current-state process and collect functional requirements and business metrics from the process owner (cycle time, case volumes, SLA requirements, current work effort, etc.) Identify additional process improvement opportunities (both technical and non-technical) to drive efficiency and stabilization prior to and throughout RPA Create detailed documentation to support process automation from design through test phases and ensure accurate mapping of current-state and future-state process   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
