The selected candidates will provide business analysis, Java/JEE application development, operations and maintenance support, and perform technology and architecture upgrades to ensure the stability of applications in the DEP portfolio. The primary focus of these positions will be to provide project-based application development and operations/maintenance support for the Division of Waste Managements suite of applications that support the Petroleum Storage Tank and Solid and Hazardous Waste Inspection programs. The Department shall order services for each of the following positions via a MFMP PO(s). There are seven (7) positions, DEP will procure up to seven (7) purchase orders (Contracts) from this RFQ. The POs shall establish direct labor hours at specified fixed hourly rate for each position. Project-Based Application Development Work: One (1) - Job No. 7640, Business Analyst (B. Intermediate or C. Advanced), approximately 1,880.0 hours. This position will provide business analysis support for assigned project work on the OTIS Enterprise Application Services team. Three (3) - Job No. 1250, Applications Development Analysts (B. Intermediate or C. Advanced), approximately 1,880.0 hours each position. These positions will provide Java application development services for assigned project work on the OTIS Enterprise Application Services team. Application Maintenance Support Work: Two (2) - Job No. 1250, Applications Development Analysts (B. Intermediate or C. Advanced), approximately 1,880.0 hours each position. These positions will provide Java application maintenance support services on the OTIS Enterprise Application Services team. One (1) - Job No. 1250, Applications Development Analysts (B. Intermediate or C. Advanced), approximately 1,880.0 hours. This position will also provide application maintenance services on the OTIS Enterprise Application Services team, but will require additional Oracle database application development skills in addition to 2+ years experience in Java. All positions are new positions, not renewals of current positions. Vendor may submit up to seven (7) candidate resumes, only one (1) candidate submission per position. Contracts will be awarded to up to seven (7) Vendors. Should one (1) Vendor submit the seven (7) top selected candidates, one (1) PO will be submitted to include the seven (7) positions. Contract Term: August 28, 2017 – June 30, 2019.
