Project Manager and BA selected through RFP process (one company or multiple companys) – However, if one company provides the BA and PM then they disqualify themselves from doing the development work. In other words, the BA, PM, and Software Developer cannot come from the same company 2. PM develops a project plan for the entire FA2 re-design project 3. PM begins project plan by identifying activities/tasks BA will perform 4. Once those activities/tasks are identified then BA can begin working 5. PM continues to create complete project plan (containing WBS) 6. PM and BA working on parallel tracks (BA requirements gathering, PM developing project plan and ensuring BA is on time with activities/tasks) 7. BA completes identified activities/tasks (business process flows, requirements, etc.) 8. PM then takes the requirements identified by the BA and begins an RFP process to acquire a solution (COTS, MOTS, SaaS, or customized software) for the FA2 Re-design 9. It is anticipated that the vendor selected for the FA2 Re-design would provide a PM from their organization that would work with the PM WSDA selected.
