The BRS project is a complete replacement of the existing state business registry used to register all business entities, file personal property liens (primarily under the Uniform Commercial Code), register state trade and service marks, and other related ancillary and supplemental tasks. The primary project vendor is Deloitte Digital. This project is a critical component of and will use a similar technological architecture to the business.ct.gov project. The Salesforce Service Cloud is the primary platform for implementation. Other critical technologies that we expect to use are Forge rock (identity management); Mulesoft; Microsoft Azure Cloud; and IBM File Net. Work Location: Remote, but if travel becomes necessary it will be agreed to between the agency and the selected candidate. The state will supply the business analyst with software and hardware necessary to accomplish the job, but the business analyst must have a reliable internet connection at his or her remote location. The business analyst will report primarily to the SOTS Business Services Director and IT Manager, but may receive direction from other SOTS staff as required by the project. The business analyst will be responsible business requirements review, design review, and testing. The business analysts duties will include: Review and analysis of the primary contractors business requirements - Review and analysis of user flows, wire frames, and UI/UX design documents - Unit and functional testing - Coordination of user acceptance testing - Assisting with data analysis and migration The Business Analyst must have the following skills/experience - Demonstrated prior experience with business registry systems in Connecticut or other states; - Experience and understanding of the current Connecticut business registry, CONCORD; - Prior experience working with state government as a business analyst; - Business requirements gathering and testing skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
